Fee

The agent commission of our company for real estate trade is determined as below (excluding the consumption tax).

	the exclusive trade on selling, the exclusive agent for the premises	the general trade on selling non exclusive agent for the premise	purchase
The dealing amount of money is less than one hundred million yen	2.5%	3%	3% + ¥60,000
from one hundred million less than 2 hundreds million	2.3%	2.8%	3%
from 2 hundreds million less than 3 hundreds million	2%	2.5%	2.8%
from 3 hundreds million less than 5 hundreds million	1.5%	2.3%	2.5%
from 5 hundreds million	with negotiation	2%	2.3%

*	The rate of the intermediary trade on selling only is fixed between the exclusive trade and the general trade.
*	Occasionally we have to say very sorry that we cannot accept your inquiry according to the contents such as different area, etc.

We are searching and collecting the real estate information of Shibuya-ku, Minato-ku, Setagaya-ku, Meguro-ku and their outskirts. We will pay you the introduction fee ( up to 10% of our commission) in case of successfully making a contract on lease and sales through your information.
